We hope you are happy with our products, however there may be a need to return our products. For any reason you are dissatisfied, then you must let us know within 7 days after delivery

14 Days or less of delivery If the item is in brand new condition and in original packaging unused a full refund or an exchange is guaranteed for goods unopened. Opened goods unwanted a full refund less any reduction in value due to excessive handling. Faulty goods either a replacement or full refund.

30 Days or less of delivery We are unable to offer any reimbursement however if it is faulty either a replacement or full refund.

30 Days plus of delivery If the product is faulty we will replace or repair up to 12 months of receipt of delivery.

All goods returned remain your responsibility during transit until signed for.

All goods returned must be complete including all packaging.

Products physically damaged (Cracked components, dents, scratches, defacement, wear and tear or wilful damage) will not be accepted.

All returned goods must have an RMA number.

All goods must be received within 14 days of the returns number being issued.

Except in the case of inherently faulty goods shipping will be paid by the customer for return.
